Jake Paul’s former trainer Shane Mosley has provided his former fighter with a detailed overview of how to beat Mike Tyson.
‘Sugar’ Shane trained Paul for his professional boxing debut against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib in 2020 and his showdown with Nate Diaz last year.

But the pair split due to Mosley’s busy schedule.
The former three-weight world champion is currently more focused on training his son, Shane Mosley Jr, while also balancing his own boxing career in the exhibition sphere.
Last weekend, Mosley returned to the ring to pound out a five-round decision win over full-contact karate fighter Bob Kofroth in Pennsylvania.
And ahead of his comeback fight, he provided Paul with some advice for his upcoming clash with Tyson.
“If Mike really hits Jake, Mike can really hurt Jake, and I know what Mike can do and what Jake can do,” he told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
“I don’t think Jake really understands how hard Mike can hit. Mike is 58, but these are two-minute rounds and all fighters have pride.
“I don’t think Mike will be going in there to lose to Jake Paul. Jake thinks he can take a shot.
“In the first five or six rounds, and what makes this so fun, is that getting hit by Mike Tyson is dangerous, very dangerous. Jake will have to tire Mike out.
“Jake will need to understand how these punches will come at him.
“People need to understand that a bar fight between two guys is one thing, a professional fighter, especially a former world champion, regardless of age, is still a very dangerous man who can seriously hurt you.

“I don’t know how long they would be able to hurt you [laughs], but these are punches from people who have been throwing punches all their lives.”
Paul and Tyson are set to square off on November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas live on Netflix.
The fight has been met with widespread backlash from the boxing world due to the staggering 31-year age gap between the two combatants.
Tyson is 58 years old while Paul is in his physical prime at 27.
Most feel Tyson’s best chance of winning is early on in the night with the former undisputed heavyweight champion still carrying his legendary power in bursts.
However, his odds are expected to dwindle significantly as the seconds tick by.
Tyson and Paul are due to meet over eight two-minute rounds in 14-ounce gloves – 4 ounces heavier than the usual mitts pros wear.
The Texas State Athletic Commission has chosen the larger gloves to ensure the safety of the fighters due to the significant age difference.
