Travis Kelce spared no expense for Patrick Mahomes’ birthday.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback recently celebrated his 29th birthday and Kelce splashed the cash on his teammate with a little help from Mahomes’ wife, Brittany.

According to the US Sun, Kelce spent a whopping $70,000 in birthday gifts for Mahomes this year, including a personalized $54,200 Rolex watch with Showtime’s ‘P’ and ‘M’ initials engraved on it.
The outlet claimed Brittany helped the legendary tight end with the lavish watch, which he decided to engrave for his ‘brother’ to “make it more personal”.
Kelce also reportedly got Mahomes a $2,300 wool cardigan from Louis Vuitton, and six bottles of Masseto red wine for $1,100 each.
Kelce and Mahomes have formed a formidable partnership on and off the field over the years.
They regularly hang out and even spent time together over the summer.
Brittany Mahomes and Kelce’s pop superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift also happen to be close, and the foursome recently hung out after watching ‘Tay Tay’ perform on her Eras Tour in Amsterdam.
On the field, Kelce and Mahomes are arguably the greatest QB/TE tandem ever.
The dynamic pair have won three Super Bowls during their time together in Kansas City, and recently broke Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski‘s record for the most playoff touchdowns by a quarterback and receiver duo in NFL history.
The Chiefs are bidding for an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat this season having won back-to-back titles in 2023 and 2024.
KC jumped out to a 3-0 record to start the new season but perennial Pro Bowler Kelce struggled mightily.

The 34-year-old podcasting extraordinaire only completed eight catches for 69 yards in the opening three games of the new NFL campaign, leading to calls for him to be benched.
However, Kelce returned to form in a Week 4 win against the Los Angeles Chargers, managing seven catches for 90 yards to lead his team to a 17-10 victory.
“Kelce did a nice job of just getting in windows. And then when they did play, man, he was able to do a nice job there,” head coach Andy Reid said after the game.
“It wasn’t as much double team as maybe seen or settling on him as much as he’s seen. So he did very good.
“I really don’t care what anybody thinks. I watch what the defense does and how they respect him, so I take it off of that.
“I watch Trav every day, so I get to see him and how he works. He never wants to come out and – practise the game – he’s all in all the time. I don’t worry about all that.”
However, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows for the reigning champs, whose Super Bowl ambitions hang by a thread after suffering multiple injuries to key players.
Wide receiver Rashee Rice is expected to miss the rest of the regular season after sustaining a knee injury and possible ACL tear against the Chargers on Sunday.
Rice hobbled off the field and was ruled out for the remainder of the gameAP
Rice collided with Mahomes in the first quarter of the game while attempting to tackle Kristian Fulton on an interception return.
The 24-year-old wideout, who has seen the bulk of the Chiefs’ targets this season, was subsequently carted off to the locker room and ruled out for the rest of the game.
His injury comes after running back Isiah Pacheco fractured his fibular and big free agency signing Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown was ruled out for the regular season with a shoulder injury,
The Chiefs receiver room has taken a serious hit in recent weeks and Reid says the plan is now to spread the ball around to all of their receivers.
Xavier Worthy, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Skyy Moore are set to see more of the ball than ever before.
Kelce, meanwhile, will have to rediscover his All-Pro form to help the Chiefs navigate this challenging period.
