Event: 19th Johnnie Walker Uganda Pro Golf Open (Day 2 – 36 Holes)

Stage: Round Two (36 Holes)

Venue: Entebbe Club

The second round of the 19th Johnnie Walker Uganda Professional Golf Open will take place on Thursday-, 5th August 2024 at the lake-side Par 71 Entebbe club.

This comes after a successful opening 18 holes, held under fine sunny weather conditions on Wednesday.

Zambian professional Dayne J. Moore established a two-shot lead after playing a clinical 7-under 64 on day one, ahead of Kenya’s Jasta Madoya (66) and Samuel N. Chege (68).

Moore will play round two with the Ugandan duo of Ronald Rugumayo and Hussein Bagalana, commencing at 9:50 AM.

The different professionals have set varying targets in a bid to make the treasured cut and complete the remaining two rounds (three and four).

The pressure group will be determined by close of business on Thursday ahead of round three action.

The golfers are vying for Ug.Shs 150,000,000 total prize money kitty.
