During the stream, which lasted over an hour, the pair introduced and tasted the new chicken Big Mac from McDonald’s, before Cena shared a motivational message with hundreds of thousands of viewers who tuned in.

“Hey everybody out there, wow. This has been fun, and here we are sharing a moment together,” he began.

“Hopefully a moment of motivation, purpose and growth. I guess if I have to bestow some advice – take it if you want it – I would say never give up.

“That widens out to whatever lens you want to put it in. I think as long as we are breathing, we have a chance and we are all eventually going to get to the finish line.”

Cena, a record 16-time WWE world champion, then went on to urge viewers to follow their dreams.

“Attack everyday with persistence, effort and follow your excitement and enthusiasm, and never give up – especially through those hard times, it’s not all roses and candy canes – just do the best you can,” he concluded.

A clip of the motivational message quickly went viral, and has been viewed more than 1.6 million times on X in less than 12 hours.

One of Cena’s other moments, which featured the WWE star-turned-actor dancing his heart out, also went viral.

John Cena absolutely ate this,” one fan wrote.

“Super meme-worthy,” another said, while a third joked that the pro-wrestling star should have hit Cenat with his Attitude Adjustment finisher.

Cena, 47, has already confirmed he will soon be retiring from WWE, and is expected to embark on a “farewell tour” next year.

“I have given the calendar to WWE,” he explained in August.

“I am retiring in 2025. I start that farewell tour in January, and I’ll end it in December. It’s going to be right around 36 dates, around the world, to pay thanks and gratitude to the WWE audiences around the world.

“I’m grateful, the audiences have been there for me for close to 25 years now, so I just want to say thank you.”

Cena also admitted that he is thankful he is healthy enough to decide when to step away from the squared circle, rather than being forced into retirement.

“It’s gonna be fun, and not bittersweet for me,” he added.

“I’m so grateful that I’m in a position where I still have my health and I’m able to carve out a large section of time and perform for a year, from January until December, and give everyone also a head’s up.

“A lot of times in WWE, sometimes injuries force retirement all of the sudden, so one day you’re there and the next day, you’re gone.”
