Police FC salvaged a point off Express FC with a late goal to force a 2-2 as the Uganda Premier League resumed on Wednesday.
Isaac Ogwang had fired the Cops into the lead, three minutes after the hour mark and indeed the home side led at the break.
However, Express returned recharged and levelled matters three minutes after the interval through striker Sam Ssenyonjo.
The lethal finisher was at it again in the 79th minute, scoring a beauty to send the away fans into celebrations.
With the game destined for the end, Ogwang won a penalty after being fouled in the box.
He took the resultant penalty and scored to help the Cops earn a point and extend their unbeaten start to the season.
The result leaves Express FC third on the table on eight points while Police FC moved to seventh place on seven points.
In the other game played on Wednesday, new comers Lugazi FC and Mbale Heroes played out a one-all draw.
