Jack Wilshere is in advanced talks over becoming first team coach at Norwich City.
The Arsenal favourite is expected to link up with Johannes Hoff Thorup at Carrow Road.

Wilshere retired from playing in 2022 and has been working coach of Arsenal’s Under 18s.
During this time he has led them to the FA Youth Cup final in 2023.
The next step in his career is a move into first team football, with Norwich keen to offer him that opportunity.
Wilshere did interview for the role with Colorado Rapids, before also applying for the job with Scottish side Aberdeen.
The Canaries have made a great start to the season and sit in seventh place in the Championship having picked up 15 points from nine games so far.
