Tommy Fury and KSI may soon be back in the ring together with talks over a potential rematch reportedly intensifying.

The British influencer boxing rivals met for the first time in October 2023, with Fury ultimately emerging victorious via unanimous decision.

While the bout itself was not a thrilling affair, the spectacle surrounding it drove mass interest on the ‘Prime Card’ shared by Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis.

KSI fumed when his six-round contest was announced as a narrow defeat for himself – the first of his boxing career – but he was unsuccessful in his attempts to overturn the result.

A second fight is the only route to revenge over Fury.

However, thus far it has not looked likely as Fury has been out of action for all of 2024 with a hand injury.

KSI scheduled a bizarre 2 vs 1 event to return against Slim Albaher and Anthony Taylor in August, but this ultimately did not materialise.

As such, both men have not fought since their first meeting.

According to a new report from The Sun, they may well jump straight into a rematch.

It has been strongly rumoured in recent weeks that Fury was set to enter the Australian jungle to film for ITV’s ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’

On Thursday night though, the newspaper reported that he has pulled out of filming with just two weeks before the show launches.

The reason for this is because he has received a ‘more lucrative’ offer for a rival project, which is believed to be the rematch with KSI.

It remains to be seen if the second bout will come to fruition, but the fact Fury has withdrawn from ‘I’m A Celebrity’ is undoubtedly a positive sign for those hoping to see it.

Earlier this month, Fury even spoke about the possibility of a rematch.

When discussing KSI’s appearance on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ as a guest judge, he said on Heart Breakfast: “I mean, if his judging skills are anything like his boxing skills, he’s going to be absolutely useless.

“Listen, I’ll beat him for a lot of money again. Why not? It is what it is.

“That’s if we can get him off Britain’s Got Talent though.”

Fury added on his future: “Listen a lot of things in my life is like a rollercoaster in a minute.

“There are so many things I might do. You know, could he be doing this? Could he be doing that?

“To be honest with you, I don’t know what I’m doing this afternoon. I mean, I just take literally an hour at a time, so I don’t know.

“There’s a lot of things going on in my life right now. So, I’m not sure on anything.”
