Aston Villa will face Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup tonight wearing a brand-new, unique home kit.
Unai Emery‘s side have made an incredible start to the season and they will be aiming to continue that this evening in the cup.

Why are Aston Villa wearing a special kit?
Aston Villa‘s kit against Crystal Palace will pay homage to Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne.
Their strip will include ‘Black Sabbath’ on the back, below the players’ names and numbers.
The shirts are being worn as part of Villa’s partnership with adidas and the legendary rock band.
A new custom version of an adidas Predator boot has also been created, featuring a hand-painted design.
The unique items were announced today, with the club stating: “This new launch features a limited edition Predator football boot and a specially-designed Villa shirt that pays homage to Ozzy Osbourne, the “Prince of Darkness”, and the legendary band, Black Sabbath.
“Both pieces celebrate Osbourne’s influence in music and culture and offer a unique bridge between sport and rock history, continuing the creative journey of adidas x Villa and Black Sabbath.”
Villa’s post continued: “adidas and Aston Villa are releasing a limited edition shirt emblazoned with ‘Black Sabbath’ on the back.

“This distinctive design will debut on the field when Aston Villa face Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup this evening.
“Available in limited quantities through the Aston Villa Store, this shirt extends the legacy of Osbourne and Black Sabbath to fans and offers a tangible piece of history for supporters of both football and rock.”
Speaking about the collaboration, rock icon Ozzy Osbourne said: “My absolute favourite colours in the world have always been purple and black.
“It’s been Black Sabbath colours for over 50 years. Tony, Geezer, Bill and I look at this as a huge honour. UP THE VILLA!!”
Osbourne is known to be a big Villa fan and he even featured in their actual kit launch in the summer.
Fellow Black Sabbath member Geezer Butler also featured and now their band has their own unique kit made to pay homage to their rock legacy.
It will be on show as Villa face Crystal Palace tonight in the Carabao Cup fourth round.
