The line up for the Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations 2025 is now complete following the conclusion of final rounds of the qualifying matches.
Tanzania, Mozambique and Botswana were the last nations to seal their places at the 35th edition of Afcon due to be held in Morocco.
The Taifa Stars who qualify for back-to-back tournaments needed victory against Guinea which they duly got thanks to Simon Msuva second half strike at the fully packed Benjamin Mkapa stadium, Dar es Salaam.
They finished the campaign on 10 points, one better than Guinea and qualify from group H alongside DR Congo.
Mozambique joined leaders Mali from Group I after overcoming Guinea Bissau while Botswana stalemate with Egypt in Cairo helped them join the record winners from group C.
The 2025 Afcon will be held between December next year and January 2026.

Morocco (hosts), Algeria, Angola, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Comoros, DR Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Benin, Sudan, Tanzania, Mozambique and Botswana.
