Express FC snatched a point away to BUL FC after scoring a late equalizer in the game played at Lugazi Stadium.

Striker Sam Ssenyonjo scored a late equalizer that salvaged a point for the Red Eagles in the 88th minute to cancel out Walter Ochora’s earlier goal for BUL FC.

Defender Ochora had fired the hosts into the lead at the stroke of halftime with a towering header off Jerome Kirya’s well taken corner kick.

The hosts seemed destined for victory until Ssenyonjo capitalized on a defensive mistake in the 88th minute, to slot home.

The result leaves BUL FC in fourth place on 13 points while Express stay fifth, trailing only on goal difference.
