  • SC Villa vs Police FC – Wankulukuku 4pm
  • Express vs URA – Nakivubo 7pm

On form Express face a litmus test on Friday when they face URA in the Premier League at Hamz stadium, Wankulukuku.

The Red Eagles, on 19 points in 3rd place come into the game on the back five unbeaten matches and claimed wins over giants Villa and KCCA in that run.

The run also coincided with the appointment of Badru Kaddu as interim head coach and his preference for the young players has seemingly paid off.

However, the few experienced lads he has trusted include ex-URA captain Said Kyeyune who is enjoying his time in the red and white jersey despite being deemed surplus to requirements in the tax collector’s squad.

Kyeyune will have a point to prove against a side he served for close to a decade.

Another individual who will be desperate for victory is Alex Isabirye who played for and coached Express FC.

The highly rated gaffer left the Red Eagles last season in bizarre circumstances and returned to a side he helped win both the league and Uganda Cup.

The visitors haven’t had the best of starts in the ongoing season thus sitting 9th with 15 points.

Elsewhere, champions SC Villa will host Police in the early kick off at Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku.
