- Soltilo Bright Stars vs UPDF – Kavumba 4pm
- BUL vs NEC – Najjembe 4pm
Hussein Mbalangu has urged his boys to replicate same form at away as they do at home when they visit BUL at Lugazi on Wednesday.
NEC take on resilient BUL aware that maximum points will keep them at the top at the end of match day thirteen regardless of what result Vipers get in Mbale on Friday.
“The boys need to show same character, play with same attitude like they do at home and not panic,” said Mbalangu.
“BUL is a very tough side and will be desperate to get a good result but we have to show that we are not on top by mistake,” he added.
The visitors have lost twice away including at the same venue against Lugazi.
There are no suspensions or fresh injuries in the NEC camp which has given Mbalangu and his technical staff confidence.
Meanwhile, BUL are winless in the last five matches but have drawn four of those matches.
Their last outing, a draw with giants Vipers at Kitende will give them confidence going into the game.
Abbey Kikomeko’s men are 10th on the log with 15 points, eleven behind their day’s opponents.
In the past four meetings in all competitions, NEC are unbeaten with two victories and as many draws.
Elsewhere on the day, bottom placed Soltilo Bright Stars host UPDF at Kavumba.
