- Police vs KCCA – Kavumba 4pm
- Maroons vs Mbale Heroes – Luzira 4pm
- Express vs Soltilo Bright Stars – Nakivubo 4pm
Asaph Mwebaze has missed an opportunity to face his ex-pay masters Maroons as Mbale Heroes visit Maroons at Luzira on Thursday.
The Surgeons suspended the experienced tactician and have appointed Mubarak Wamboya Abu as the interim.
Coming into the game, Mbale Heroes are still languishing in the bottom three with only nine points and lost their last outing 4-0 to table leaders Vipers.
The visitors have so far won only two matches in the premier league so far and are yet to win a game away from home.
For the hosts who beat Police 2-1 in their last outing, they will hope to build on that as they even welcome back coaches Muhammad Ssenfuma and Simon Peter Ojok on the bench.
The duo were absent in the last game due to CAF A coaching course assignment at Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru.
Maroons are 5th on the log with 19 points and have lost only once in the last five league outings.
Elsewhere on the day, KCCA make a short trip to Kavumba where Police is lurking while Express host Soltilo Bright Stars at Nakivubo later at 7pm.
