It is official. Uganda Cranes will face three-time champions Nigeria, 2004 winners Tunisia and neighbours Tanzania in the 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations.
The 1978 losing finalists will open the campaign versus Tunisia on December 23, face regional rivals Taifa Stars of Tanzania in the second game on December 27 and then finish the group matches with a big one against the Super Eagles on December 30.
Hopefully, they will manage to collect points enough to take them out of the group just like it happened in 2019, Egypt, the last time they did qualify for the tournament.
Below, we dig deep into the past meetings with each of the three opponents.
