A Welsh Open semi-final was halted for around 15 minutes as Luca Brecel struggled with a migraine.
The Belgian Bullet was taking on Mark Selby for a place in the final.
Selby opened with a 131-break before Brecel was forced to leave the arena.
The 29-year-old appeared to be struggling with his eyesight throughout the opening exchanges – and it was later confirmed he had suffered a migraine attack.
Brecel was seen talking to Selby before being granted a 15-minute break.
Upon his return, Selby played a disastrous break and pretended to blame it on a migraine – much to the amusement of everyone involved.
But Brecel appeared to experience a recovery, taking the second frame to level the match at 1-1 .
It is just one day after Selby progressed to the last four of the Welsh Open with a self-confessed ‘rubbish’ win in dramatic circumstances.
He pipped John Higgins in a tough-to-watch five hours of snooker where the best break – 84 – came in the winning frame.
And the match was further complicated when a fan took ill in the afternoon session.
Selby was set to take a shot while 2-1 up in the fourth frame when he reacted to some noise in the crowd.
This turned about to be a woman who had fainted, with Selby pointing out the incident to the referee who added: “Can we get some space there please?”

World Snooker Tour (WST) released a statement, saying: “A spectator has been taken ill in the crowd.
“Play will resume at 2:15pm.”
Higgins, who had been leading, took the frame when play was restarted but the quality only slightly improved.
Selby said: “It was a rubbish game from both of us from start to finish.
“We just seemed to bring each other down. We both missed a few. It’s strange. If one person plays well, the other person seems to raise their game as well.
“This was the opposite. We both struggled. Then it got a bit edgy. I’m happy to win. It went on for so long, so to lose a game like that is heartbreaking.

“While you’re in the tournament, you can only improve. It was tough to keep my concentration.
“I hope they don’t put my semi-final on at night – otherwise I’ll probably finish up playing at 5am on Sunday.”
Higgins, 49, said: “A mammoth game. I gave everything in that game. It was tough conditions.
“I’m disappointed. I have got deficiencies in my game. I know I cannot bring myself to play the right shot.
“At 3-3 each, 60 in front, I had to play the high black into the pack. But I don’t have the cue power to play those types of shots.”
The winner of Selby vs Brecel will face the winner of Ali Carter and Stephen Maguire.
