1. Chelsea to beat Southampton at home (Tue, 8:15pm)
Chelsea head into the midweek round of Premier League games just one point behind the Champions League places and have lost one only match at Stamford Bridge since the opening game of the season in all competitions.
Southampton sit rock bottom of the Premier League table with just nine points from their 26 matches, eight points from the nearest side, 13 points from safety and with eight defeats in their last nine matches.
2. Middlesbrough to win away at Stoke (Tue, 7:45pm)
Middlesbrough head to Stoke tonight looking to get back to winning ways to reignite their play-off charge, with the Teesside club currently six points off the top six ahead of their trip to Staffordshire.
Stoke have won only two of their last nine matches in the Championship and their 4-2 defeat at Norwich on Saturday afternoon keeps them in 19th place in the table and just five points clear of the drop zone.
3. Birmingham to beat Leyton Orient at home (Tue, 7:45pm)
League One leaders Birmingham are looking to extend their six point lead at the top of the third tier table with a home victory over Leyton Orient tonight.
The Blues have won 12 of their 15 league games at St Andrew’s this season, including seven wins in their last eight.
Leyton Orient make the daunting trip to the West Midlands tonight having fallen to defeat at Bolton on the weekend, leaving them teetering on the edge of falling out of the top six.
4. Bradford to win away at Bromley (Tue, 7:45pm)
Bradford make the trip to the capital looking to build on their current run of just one defeat in their last 12 League Two matches, and three wins in their last four as they take on Bromley.
Only goal difference currently separates the Bantams from their automatic promotion places in the fourth tier, while their opponents tonight sit down in 10th with just two wins in their last 10.
