Recording a stunning 9-1 victory over Heerenveen, Parrott bagged an incredible four goals to help his new employers to victory.
Those four strikes came from just seven shots on goal, meaning that more than half of his shots on the day found the back of the net.
It also included a hat-trick scored within just eight minutes at the start of the second half.
In addition he also completed four key passes and one tackle, meaning that it was a quite spectacular day at the office.
The striker was in good company too, with Kane also scoring a 10/10 rating on Whoscored for his role in Bayern Munich‘s 6-1 win over Holstein Kiel.
Kane scored a hat-trick to smash a Bundesliga record and provided one assist with six shots to his name and three key passes.
Parrott came through the academy setup with Tottenham and made four first team appearances for Spurs.
These were spread among a number of loan moves to Millwall, Ipswich, MK Dons, Preston North End and Dutch side Excelsior.
Now 22 years of age, Parrott opted to leave Spurs permanently over the summer for a fee of £6.7million with this performance truly announcing himself in style for his new club.
Explaining his decision to join AZ Alkmaar, Parrott told the club’s website in July: “Before I signed here, I heard a lot of good things about AZ and I spoke to Kenzo Goudmijn, among others, who I became friends with when I played with him.

“I think AZ is the perfect club for me to take the next steps in my development. I will take the useful experience from last year with me.
“It helps me that I already played in the Netherlands last season and am therefore used to the competition and life here.
“In short, I am very happy to be here and can’t wait to meet the supporters in the stadium.”
Parrott now has four goals in five starts for AZ Alkmaar, with the Dutch side sitting second in the Eredivisie with 13 points from 15 games.
