Frank Warren has suggested talks will progress for Oleksandr Usyk vs Daniel Dubois and he is keen to stage the event in the UK.
Dubois was set to make an IBF heavyweight world title defence against Joseph Parker last month, but fell ill and was forced to withdraw.

But it has now left him fit and available to stage a potential undisputed clash with Usyk in the coming months.
‘Dynamite’ wants to get revenge for his contentious 2023 defeat to the Ukrainian, and believes he can become just the second four-belt heavyweight king in the 21st century.
Meanwhile, Usyk himself is keen to face Dubois after beating Tyson Fury twice, and the governing bodies will not stand in the pair’s way.
With the preference for a clash with Usyk now set, Dubois’ promoter Warren expects the fight to gather pace in the coming weeks.
“I met with him and his father and we are working on his next fight,” Warren said on talkSPORT’s White & Jordan.
“Hopefully we will be in a position to announce that soon. The Usyk fight, I’d love it.
“It’s a great fight, a great rematch and a real story to it. That is the two best heavyweights out there fighting each other.
“If we can get it on, I’d be delighted with that.”
On a potential venue, Warren added that he is keen to convince other organisers to stage the fight in the UK at Wembley Stadium.
He continued: “The one I’d like to make and Daniel would like to make is the rematch with Usyk.

“Usyk against Daniel Dubois is a mega mega fight, that would sell Wembley out in a day.
“If we can get it over the line, it could be at Wembley yeah. That is where I’d like it go.
“I’d love to get a home advantage for our guy and the event would be huge.”
Despite Dubois’ withdrawal being medically pulled out by doctors from the fight, he has come in for some surprise criticism from the boxing fraternity.
Many believe Parker earned his shot at Dubois, and that noise grew as he knocked out late replacement Martin Bakole in scintillating fashion.
The New Zealander even himself poured fuel on the flames by endorsing a theory that Dubois’ withdrawal could have been in some way deliberate.

But the defence was voluntary and selected by Dubois and he is not forced to entertain the dangerous challenger.
Instead, Dubois’ trainer has confirmed a clash with Usyk is the priority moving forward.
He told talkSPORT.com: “Yeah he dropped Usyk legitimately, but they deemed it to be a low blow.
“It would be great if they are able to engineer the fight and make it happen.
“And Usyk to his credit, he has come out recently and said he wants to fight Daniel Dubois.
“That is what we will probably lean towards. It is a no-brainer. It makes sense. There is history there.
“So we would be relishing the opportunity to have a second go at Usyk.”
