KSI admits he isn’t sure he will ever step foot in the boxing ring again.

The British YouTube star was set to square off against Dillon Danis on March 29 at the AO Arena, Manchester.

However, he pulled out of the fight after falling ill.

He then came under fire on social media when he was spotted at a Usher concert on the same night he was due to duke it out with Danis.

KSI hasn’t boxed since falling to defeat against Tommy Fury on points in October 2023, and it remains to be seen whether his bout with Danis will be rescheduled anytime soon.

In fact, there is a good chance that influencer boxing fans will never get to see the grudge match, judging from KSI’s recent comments.

In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel on Sunday entitled ‘My Boxing Career’, KSI said: “When I told Mams and everybody else that I wasn’t going to be able to do this fight, I broke down.

“I was there crying in my room because I felt I let everybody down.

“I know how the internet works, I know how this game goes.

“If I tried to fight and got into the ring and had a s*** performance, no one would care that I was sick.

“My boxing career since I have come back has been problem after problem, and just being unlucky over and over again.

“And it is a shame. The amount of stress I have gone through over the last few years. Even with Misfits in general, it’s been stressful.

“I feel like I’ve aged in these two and a half years of Misfits being created.

“So, where am I in terms of Boxing? I don’t know. Am I going to retire? I don’t know. Am I going to fight again? I don’t know.”

The news will come as a blow to fierce rival Jake Paul, who has been linked with a fight against KSI for several years to no avail.

Fans have been clambering to see the pair meet in the ring, yet continual disagreements over the fight weight have stalled negotiations.

KSI wants the fight to take place at 185lbs while Paul has pushed for a fight at the cruiserweight limit of 200lbs.

However, KSI’s recent admission may have killed the fight for good.
