After a shock 1-0 defeat in the reverse fixture, Barcelona will be out for revenge when they visit the Estadio Municipal de Butarque to face Legaes on Saturday.
The La Liga leaders warmed up for Leganes with a 4-0 thrashing of Dortmund in the quarter-final of the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Leganes vs Barcelona predictions
Leganes recorded a stunning 1-0 over Barcelona at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium in December. A fourth-minute goal from Sergio Gonzalez was enough to give the minnows the shock win.
Barcelona were on a poor run of form at the time. They were four matches without a win in La Liga and had just lost top spot in the table to rivals Real Madrid.
Things are very different now.
Barcelona is on an eleven-match unbeaten run in La Liga. They have picked up 29 points from a possible 33. A nine-match winning streak ended with a 1-1 draw at home to Real Betis last Saturday.
The caveat for those dropped points is that Betis are in good form and Barca probably had an eye on their midweek Champions League fixture with Dortmund.
Barca’s excellent run of form has taken them back to the summit of La Liga. They have 67 points from 30 matches.
Their lead over Real Madrid is now four points after Los Blancos lost to Valencia on Saturday.
Leganes occupy the relegation places in La Liga. They sit 18th in the table with 28 points from 30 matches.
Scoring goals is the problem for Borja Jiménez’s team. They have just 29, the joint-second worst record in La Liga. Their top-scorer is Dani Raba with seven goals, and four of those have come in his last three matches.
Los Pepineros are without a win in four, and they have won just one of their last eleven in all competitions.
On a rare positive note, a 1-1 home draw with Osasuna on Monday ended a three-match losing streak in La Liga.
Jorge Herrando gave the visitors the lead. An 87th-minute spot kick from Dani Raba rescued a point for Los Pepineros.

Leganes vs Barcelona betting tips
Leganes had a real go at Osasuna in their last match on Monday. They also have Dani Raba in good form. But Barca are on fire at the moment. And with the Champions League tie against Dortmund already over, Hansi Flick can go all out for the three points. Our match betting tips follow:
Barcelona to win and BTTS
Despite only one win in their last five matches, Leganes have managed to score in all five fixtures. They have seven goals to be exact. That’s nothing compared to Barca, but it’s a good return for Los Pepineros.

We obviously expect Barcelona to score and win, so a bet on Barca to win and BTTS looks far better value than backing the league leaders to win at odds of 3/10.
Tip – Back Barcelona to win and yes in both teams to score at 31/20 with Spreadex
Both teams to score
There have been goals at both ends in Leganes’ last four matches. Two of those fixtures saw over 4.5 goals scored. One of the five-goal thrillers was at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque against Real Betis.
Barcelona are also in good goal scoring form. They scored four goals or more on five occasions in their nine-match unbeaten run. And as we know, the Catalans also put four past Dortmund on Wednesday.
With a good chance of goals at both ends, a bet on over 3.5 goals looks worth taking.
Tip – Back yes in both teams to score at 11/10 with bet365
Ferran Torres to score or assist
With a 4-0 lead at the halfway stage of their Champions League quarter-final with Dortmund, we are not expecting wholesale changes from Barcelona when they take on Leganes.
One change that is more than possible is a return to the starting XI for Ferran Torres.
And why not.
Torres started against Betis last weekend and provided the assist for Barca’s goal. Along with last weekend’s assist, Torres has also scored four goals in his last four matches for the Catalans.
The former Manchester City winger is 49/50 to score or assist with Grosvenor. He is as short as 8/15 elsewhere. We think that is a great bet, so grab it while you can.
Tip – Back Ferran Torres to score or assist at 49/50 with Grosvenor
