Gerwyn Price took aim at the PDC organisers again after victory on Night 12 of the Premier League Darts.
The Welshman beat Luke Humphries 6-4 in the final to claim his third nightly win of the season in Liverpool, moving him up to third in the table.

Price’s triumph came just a week after he had criticised the playing conditions in the previous Premier League meeting in Rotterdam.
The 40-year-old lost 6-3 to Nathan Aspinall in the quarter-finals of Night 11 at the 16,426-capacity Rotterdam Ahoy.
In a furious Instagram statement afterwards, which he has since deleted, Price claimed there was a breeze on stage which re-directed his arrows, and labelled the Dutch edition a ‘pointless event’.
And after giving his play-off hopes a huge boost with victory over world number one Humphries this time around, the ‘Iceman’ doubled down on his past comments.
When asked about his recent rant, Price said: “I am not going to speak about last week but when the conditions are good and it’s a fair game, I play some good darts.
“Sometimes I throw my toys out of the pram when things don’t go my way but I had a reason last week. We don’t deserve to play in those conditions.
“They say we have to play in Rotterdam every year but surely they can find a venue where it is fair for everyone.
“People say it’s the same for every player, it’s not. Some will throw heavier darts, longer stems, longer flights…
Price then used snooker icon Ronnie O’Sullivan as an example as he tried to explain his frustrations with the current set-up.
He added: “Look, if you had the World Snooker Championship there now, lift a leg up one end, and down on the other end, I’m sure Ronnie O’Sullivan wouldn’t be happy with that.”

But Price had no issues with the conditions in Liverpool, beating Chris Dobey and Rob Cross before a thrilling final victory over Humphries.
He averaged 104.43 against the Englishman in the decisive encounter, who had beaten Luke Littler in the semi-finals, with his average over the 100-mark in all three of his matches on Night 12.
And he was full of confidence after his latest success, going as far as to call himself the best darts player in the world on his day.
Price said: “When I’m on my game I am the best in the world. I don’t care.
“I’m just a little inconsistent. If I keep pushing forward, there’s no reason why I can’t win the Premier League this season.
“You know, Luke’s [Humphries] as good as he is, Michael [van Gerwen] is as good as he is on his day.

“But if I play my A game, they don’t beat me, and I think they know that as well. But, you know, it’s about which [version] of me turns up.”
Price’s latest victory means that only Littler has won more nightly events this season, who has triumphed on four occasions in 2025.
And the Welsh star now has an even bigger chance of making finals night at The 02 on May 29, having moved ahead of Aspinall to sit third in the table, three points clear of fifth-placed Michael van Gerwen.
