With just one win in their last eight matches, Bournemouth will look to get their season back on track when they welcome Manchester United to the Vitality Stadium on Sunday.
Manchester United have also struggled in recent weeks. With a focus on the Europa League, Ruben Amorim’s team are four matches without a win in the Premier League.

Bournemouth vs Manchester United predictions
The Matchday 34 fixture between Bournemouth and Manchester United isn’t one to get us armchair fans reaching for the popcorn and ordering halftime pizzas.
After being in the hunt for a Champions League place a few weeks ago, Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth team are now in a battle to finish eighth.
It is still mathematically possible for the Cherries to be in Europe next season. And while that is a slim chance, Bournemouth still have to believe and keep performing.
Nevertheless, Androni Iraloa’s frustration with his team’s lack of creativity in their 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace last weekend is further proof that the Cherries have gone off the boil.
The London stalemate was against a Palace team that were reduced to ten men at the end of the first half. And as difficult as Palace made the match thereafter, it’s easy to see why Iraloa was so annoyed with his team.
As a result of their poor recent form, Bournemouth have 49 points from 33 matches.
That is a record Premier League points-haul for the Cherries. And with five matches remaining, they will improve on that total. So things aren’t that bad.
Manchester United’s season continues to reach new lows. Their remarkable comeback win over Lyon in the Europa League got boss Ruben Amorim and the club out of a giant hole.
United followed up their 5-4 win over the French Ligue 1 team with a 1-0 home defeat to Wolves on Sunday. It was as if the Europa League match had never happened.
The defeat to Wolves was United’s 15th Premier League loss of the season and their eighth at Old Trafford. It left the Red Devils 14th in the table with 38 points from 33 matches.
United have won just two of their last ten, picking up just nine points out of a possible 30. The two wins came against Ipswich Town and Leicester City.
They have an upcoming Europa League semi-final first leg away to Athletic Club on Thursday, Surely Ruben Amorim is going to be more focussed on that match.

Bournemouth vs Manchester United betting tips
Both teams are in poor form. But despite their recent poor run, Bournemouth are unbeaten in three in the Premier League, while United have lost three of their last four, scoring just one goal. Bournemouth also won the reverse fixture 3-0 at Old Trafford in late December. Our match betting tips follow:
Bournemouth to win and under 4.5 goals
Bournemouth are just 13/20 to beat Manchester United and complete the double over the Red Devils.
We are siding with the Cherries, but we feel those odds are a touch short given their recent form.
So to bolster the odds, we are adding under 4.5 goals.

There have been under 4.5 goals in Bournemouth’s last ten matches. The total hasn’t been covered since the Cherries thrashed Nottingham Forest 5-0 on Matchday 23.
There have been over 4.5 goals only twice in United’s last 18 league matches. One was their recent 4-1 hammering away at Newcastle. But the Magpies are in far better form than the Cherries.
Back Bournemouth to win and under 4.5 goals at 4/5 with BetMGM
Under 2.5 goals
With just one goal in their last four matches for United, a bet on no at 11/10 in the both teams to score market looks very appealing.
The odds on under 2.5 goals are slightly better at 23/20. This bet would cover a low scoring win for either team or a 1-1 draw.
Bournemouth have only scored one goal in their last two matches and five in their last five. A bet on under 2.5 goals has to be the wager here.

Evanilson to score anytime
Despite drawing a blank in Bournemouth’s last two matches, Evanilson is finishing the season in good form.
As his boss pointed out last week, there was a lack of creativity within the Bournemouth team, so the Brazilian striker can’t really be blamed for failing to find the net in the 0-0 draw against Palace.
Including last weekend’s 0-0 draw, Evanilson has four goals in his last six Premier League matches.
He is Bournemouth’s most likely source of a goal at the moment and is worth backing to add to his nine Premier League goals against United.
