Daniel Dubois’ social team dropped a clanger ahead of his upcoming clash with Anthony Joshua.
‘Triple D’ is set to defend his IBF heavyweight title for the first time on Saturday night as he squares off against Joshua in front of 96,000 fans at Wembley Stadium.

The sell-out crowd marks a British record attendance for a boxing event.
Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte‘s Wembley bout two years ago drew in 94,000 punters.
But Saudi boxing chief HE Turki Alalshikh has now confirmed that they have sold an extra 2,000 tickets after extending the capacity of the iconic London stadium.
Yesterday, Joshua and Dubois met at the Guildhall in the English capital for their final press conference.
It was a fairly mellow event, although there were some tense moments. Particularly, the face-off.
In a further attempt to drum up interest in the fight, Dubois’ social media team put together a caption for his Instagram page to really punch home the point that ‘the talking stops now’.
However, rather than copying and pasting the caption over, somebody accidentally put the full text message in.
The public post read: “Here’s a strong and engaging caption for the final press conference post:
“The final press conference is done – the talking stops here.
“Now, it’s time to let the fists do the talking. I’m ready for this fight. Let’s go.”

Whoever made the mistake, quickly rectified it by deleting the opening sentence but lightning-thumbed boxing fans got there first.
One account posted a screenshot of the original post, with the caption: “Somebody told Daniel Dubois exactly what to post on his Instagram and he left that bit in.”
Another quipped that it looked like an AI job: “It was ChatGPT or his publicist. Or his publicist using ChatGPT on his account.”
A third tweeted: “Copy and pasted it quick.”
Meanwhile, somebody else wrote: “Tell me this ain’t true LOL.”
Ultimately, the only thing that matters is what happens between the ropes this weekend.
With the entire world watching, will Dubois rise to the occasion and pull off a stunning upset?
That question will be answered tomorrow night.
