Two-time defending Champions League winners Barcelona are looking to become just the second team in the competition’s history to lift the trophy in three consecutive years.
Pere Romeu’s side are still in the hunt for a second consecutive treble having already secured their sixth league title in a row with 28 wins from their 30 matches, and have the Copa de la Reina final against Atletico Madrid to play a fortnight after Saturday’s final.

Arsenal remain the only English team ever to be crowned champions of Europe having done so back in 2007, their only ever appearance at this stage of the competition prior to the season.
Renee Slegers’ side secured the club’s highest league finish for three years this season with a runners up medal in the Women’s Super League, finishing 12 points shy of undefeated champions Chelsea.
The Gunners have already won a trophy this season having won the League Cup for the second season in a row, but lifting the Champions League on Saturday would be by far their biggest trophy since they last win the league six years and arguably beyond.
The London side reached their second ever final in this competition by overturning a 2-1 deficit from their home first leg against record eight-time champions Lyon with a fantastic 4-1 win in France, their second comeback victory in the knockout stage having overturned a 2-0 first leg defeat to beat Real Madrid in the last eight.
Arsenal have lost three of their last five matches in all competitions but did finish their league campaign with victory over Manchester United a fortnight ago to take them through to their first meeting with Barcelona in three years.
The Spanish side have won the last three meetings between the two sides, scoring at least four goals on all three occasions.
