Erik ten Hag called out Jamie Redknapp for speculating over the reason for Marcus Rashford being benched.
Rashford had been replaced by Alejandro Garnacho in the starting XI for the 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Speaking ahead of the game, Redknapp had questioned why the forward had been left out of the starting line-up.
Redknapp said: “It feels like something untoward has gone on. You don’t drop a player that’s scored two in midweek and one against Southampton. It feels like something has happened this week.”
Ten Hag took issue about the ‘crazy’ take from Redknapp in his post-match press conference.
“I heard already speculation from some pundits,” the Manchester United boss said. “That is crazy.
“I would almost say that, as a person, you are not OK when you bring such speculation if you don’t know. This has nothing to do with it.
“I’m very happy with Marcus, with everything.
“With his defending part, offensive, he scores in this moment, he performs very good.
“So there is nothing to do with it that he was on the bench, just rotation.
“We have many games to cover. We have more than a starting 11 of players.

“If the players perform, we will give them their chances.”
Ten Hag felt that ‘the only thing I can criticise is we were not clinical enough in the box, not decisive enough’.
But asked if, in retrospect, Rashford might have found the finishing touch on one of his side’s missed opportunities, the boss replied: “I have to say Amad (Diallo) is playing good, Garnacho, all the games so far, apart from maybe Liverpool, he has end product.
“We have to play them as well.”
