Aaron Rodgers had a tough day at the office on Sunday night.
The New York Jets quarterback threw two interceptions as his team were comfortably beaten 37-15 by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rodgers faced serious questions post-game as the Jets slipped to 2-5, despite the acquisition of his old friend and teammate Davante Adams.
Adams, who left the Los Angeles Rams as he looks to win a Super Bowl before he retires, was held to just 30 yards in his first game with New York.
The highlight of his night was a touchdown-saving tackle on Steelers cornerback Beanie Bishop Jr after the rookie picked off Rodgers.
While the veteran QB is taking criticism for his recent performances on the field – having suffered four defeats in a row – it was his behaviour on the sideline that caught the attention many fans on Sunday night.
In a clip that has been shared widely on social media, Rodgers appeared to pick at his nose and put his fingers in his mouth, leading to suggestion that he was eating his own boogers.
Unsurprisingly, the jokes soon followed, with some fans joking it was his ‘third pick of the game’.
“Jets season is going up in flames and Aaron Rodgers is on the sideline eating his boogers,” another fan wrote, sharing a clip that has been viewed more than three million times.
“Helps you get a grip on the ball,” a third X user wrote.
The viral moment soon made it back to Rodgers himself, who responded to the incident during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show.
“Every time you’re on TV, something comes from it,” McAfee, a former NFL punter, said before showing the clip.

“I’ve already been alerted to this, and in the moment, I was thinking, ‘Man I hope the camera’s not on me right now,’” Rodgers responded smiling.
“As far as that goes, I’ve actually never eaten my boogers, that’s one thing I’m very proud of. I honestly haven’t.”
“It’s a tough look to try and defending because that video is a little incriminating, but there needs to be a sideview that shows nothing actually went in the mouth.”
While Rodgers’ explanation seems fair enough, McAfee and his co-host didn’t sound too convinced.
“I’m sure the internet will try to find the entire thing… happy you’ve cleared your name there,” McAfee concluded.
Rodgers will be hoping to bounce back from the unfortunate incident when the Jets try to snap their losing streak against the New England Patriots in Week 8.

It’s likely the four-time NFL MVP will be much more aware of his sideline surroundings next time around.
