Chelsea fans were left amused by one of the club’s posts on X after Manchester United’s humiliation to Tottenham.
United were comfortably beaten 3-0 by Spurs at Old Trafford having gone down to ten men as Bruno Fernandes was shown a straight red card.

Erik ten Hag’s side sit 12th in the standings with just two wins to their name and have only scored five goals across their six league matches.
Many of their players’ individual performances were a stark contrast to that of Jadon Sancho for Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.
The winger, who is on loan from United, assisted his third goal in as many appearances for the west London side , who beat Brighton 4-2.
And it appears as though Chelsea wanted to celebrate their loanee on social media just as one of their rivals were defeated once again.
Moments after the full-time whistle of United’s loss against Spurs, the Blues posted an image on X of Sancho smiling with Cole Palmer, who he assisted for a record-breaking four first-half goals.
Sancho was quick to repost it too, with Chelsea fans loving what they saw on social media on Sunday evening.
“Posting this after Manchester United loss is absolute banter from Chelsea admin and I love it,” said in response.
A second, along with a laughing emoji, added: “The timing of this post is just perfect.”
“The timing, damn, we’ve got our club back,” said an optimistic third.
A delighted fourth also said: “I know what you are doing and I love it. Sancho in the retweet.”

Sancho’s three assists for Chelsea is half of his total tally for United in all competitions, and they have come in 80 less appearances.
The 24-year-old has also already equalled the Blues’ top assisters from their 2022/23 Premier League campaign after less than a month at the club.
His contributions for Chelsea this season have helped guide them to consecutive league victories against Bournemouth, West Ham and Brighton.
Enzo Maresca’s side are fourth in the league with four wins in six and just two points behind leaders Liverpool on 13.
United are eight places below them and have scored just a third of the amount of goals that the west London side have netted.
