
Uganda U-20 national team and Amus College School captain Brain Toto Majub has departed for the professional football in the United States of America (USA) on the evening of Sunday, 2nd February 2025.
Toto signed for Atlanta United 2 straight from regional side Amus College Football Club.
He has vowed to remain as diligent, professional and disciplined as possible to aspire for greater strides in his career.

“I am super excited for this opportunity and I thank my former school Amus College for the platform. I also thank the school director, teammates, my family, coaches and everybody whose role can not be left out. I vow to remain as hard-working as ever with discipline to the dot” Toto remarked in his final interval at Entebbe International Airport.
Toto left Entebbe International Airport aboard KLM Airlines on flight 535 for USA, via Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The left footed defender captained the Uganda U-20 national team (Hippos) in the CECAFA U-20 championship hosted in Dar-es-Salaam.

He has also been the team captain for the reigning East Africa football champions Amus College School, Bukedea.
He was part of the Amus College School team that played at the ISF world championships in 2023 (Morocco) and 2024 (China).
The journey to the USA
Toto becomes the second player from Amus College to join a club in the USA after the transfer of Allan Oyirwoth to the New England Revolution.
Majub’s deal was handled by Rainbow World Group USA, Real Talent Contracts Spain and Festoweb Smc Uganda.


The towering defender was among the 7 new signings for the Atlanta United 2 prior to the 2025 MLS Next Pro season.
The other six are Ryan Carmichael (Northern Ireland), Patrick Weah (Liberia), Moises Tablante (Venezuela), Salvatore Mazzaferro (Canada), Arif Kovac (USA) and Santiago Pita (USA-cum-Venezuela).
Kovac, Pita and Majub are also eligible to play for Atlanta’s U-18 squad this year.
