Lewis Hamilton will make his official Ferrari debut next weekend when the new Formula 1 season gets up and running at the Australian Grand Prix.
Hamilton departed Mercedes at the end of last season, ending what was the sport’s most successful partnership ever.

Now, he’s beginning his new journey with Ferrari.
The seven-time world champion will make his bow in Melbourne, aiming to get his hands on yet another title.
He will have to dethrone Max Verstappen who is eyeing a fifth-straight Drivers’ Championship following more success in 2024.
Australian Grand Prix: Date and start time
The Australian Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, March 16.
It will be held at the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne.
Practice One is scheduled to get going on Thursday, March 13 before Practice Two is on Friday, March 14.
Practice Three and Qualifying are then planned for Saturday, March 15, with the race set for the following day.

Australian Grand Prix: What has been said?
Hamilton made his first appearance at Ferrari’s base Maranello in January and he posted on social media afterwards.
Writing on Instagram along with pictures of his first day, he said: “There are some days that you know you’ll remember forever.
“And today, my first as a Ferrari driver, is one of those days.
“I’ve been lucky enough to have achieved things in my career I never thought possible, but part of me has always held on to that dream of racing in red.
“I couldn’t be happier to realise that dream today.
“Today we start a new era in the history of this iconic team, and I can’t wait to see what story we will write together.”
