In my experience, the best bookmakers in the UK are the ones that take care of their existing customers.

With so many bookies out there, players are free to explore as many as they want. As such, bookies like to treat the punters that stick with them in the face of constant competition. One way they like to do this is through loyalty and reward programs.

These provide players with promotions, free bets, and plenty of other perks for using a site regularly. In this guide to the best sports betting loyalty programs in the UK, I’ll take a look at which bookies offer the best loyalty programs and what makes them so great.

Best sports betting sites with loyalty programs

  1. BetVictor
  2. William Hill
  3. 10bet
  4. kwiff
  5. 21LuckyBet
  6. DynoBet
  7. Betway
  8. Grosvenor Casinos
  9. Paddy Power

A closer look at the best bookmaker with loyalty offers

Let’s examine closely what some of the best bookies in the UK have to offer to their customers.

1. BetVictor

BetVictor’s loyalty promotion is great for punters like me that are placing bets on a weekly basis. Each customer that places five bets of at least  £5 will receive a free £5 bet.

There are minimum required odds for placed bets of 1/2 (1.5), but you are free to place them across many sports betting markets available at BetVictor. Since this is a weekly promotion, keep in mind that the free bet has to be redeemed within a seven-day period.

👍 Pros
Great user experience
Comprehensive selection of football betting markets
Covers esports
👎 Cons
Simple sportsbook loyalty program

2. William Hill

William Hill’s loyalty offer is my kind of deal—simple and rewarding. Here’s how it works: for every £10 I spend at their online venue, I rack up those sweet comp points. And here’s the best part: Depending on your current loyalty tier, you can cash in fewer loyalty points for more cash to use on all the action at William Hill.

There’s a variety of betting markets available, so any comp points you earn can be redeemed easily on a bet you are interested in.

👍 Pros
Great selection of betting markets
Plenty of offers and promotions
Has a mobile app
👎 Cons
There are more exciting VIP offers around

3. 10bet

I’m all about 10bet’s loyalty program, known as “The Ten Club.” Some of the major benefits besides having a personal account manager is the individually tailored experience. You’ll get access to tailored deals, exclusive offers, and tournaments.

VIP members like me also get better rollover requirements and can turn bonus funds into cash with fewer wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests from loyalty program members get prioritized, so you’ll receive funds almost immediately.

👍 Pros
Wide range of payment options
Great selection of promotions and bonuses
Plenty of betting opportunities
👎 Cons
Invitational loyalty program

4. kwiff

kwiff Sports Club will reward you with a surprise bet when you opt in for the promotion and start betting. For this weekly promotion, you need to place either £25, £50, or £100 and you’ll receive a surprise football bet of £5, £10, or £20. Keep in mind that minimum odds of 1.50 apply.

👍 Pros
Great sportsbook and casino experience
Range of offers for new players
User experience
👎 Cons
The loyalty program could provide more variety

What is a sports betting loyalty program?

Sports betting loyalty programs are promotions designed to reward an operator’s most loyal customers. These can come in many different forms. In some cases, such as 10bet it may be a VIP rewards program, while for others, such as BetVictor, it might be a promotion where players can get their hands on weekly free bets for betting a specific amount. To me, bookies are nothing without their loyalty program. If they can’t show their bettors that they are valued, they can not be called the best betting sites.

What do I consider a good sports betting loyalty program?

Not all sports betting loyalty programs are created equal. I have chosen my favourite loyalty programs based on the following criteria:

  • Transparency – I am a big fan of transparency and I like loyalty programs to be clear and concise about what I can earn when I spend my money. Any loyalty program that offers mysteries or is ambiguous about what a player can earn is a no-go for me. This also applies to the terms & conditions of a promotion.
  • Creativity – With so many bookies offering loyalty programs, it can be easy to drown in a sea of similar offers. I enjoy loyalty programs that find creative ways to repay customer loyalty. Whether this is through more personalised promotions or by offering unusual prizes.
  • Accessibility – While some bookmarks have loyalty programs for their higher-paying customers, I like to see loyalty programs and promotions that reward all customers. A reasonable point of entry for a loyalty program makes a big difference, and it makes customers feel valued, as opposed to exploited.
  • Range of promotions – Of course, I have based loyalty programs on what they actually offer to customers. The best loyalty programs are the ones that offer a selection of different promotions for punters to work towards. In my opinion, the more diverse a loyalty program is, the better.
  • Qualifying Bets – The amount you need to bet to join a club or to earn a point is also very important. Some bookies will have extremely high requirements for players to earn a point, and in some cases, offer very little in return. The best loyalty programs are the ones that offer a fair return on your initial bet and make you feel valued as a customer, after all, these are supposed to be rewards.

How to join a loyalty program

In some cases, bookmakers will automatically enrol you into their loyalty program when you first sign-up. If this is not the case, then you can typically take the following steps to start earning loyalty points and take advantage of the perks on offer:

  1. Sign in to your account with your preferred bookmaker. If you haven’t signed up, follow one of my links to get started.
  2. Head over to the promotions page and find the loyalty program promotion.
  3. If it is not there, check the accounts or rewards settings on your profile.
  4. Opt into the program and start earning points!
  5. You can always check your progress with the promotion on your accounts page.

What you can expect from a loyalty program

Loyalty programs come in all different shapes and sizes. The best ones, in my experience, are the ones that provide a range of different bonus features and perks. It is common to find that loyalty programs are tiered. This means that the more points you earn, the higher you climb up the tiers, and the more access to bonuses and perks you will get.

Which bookie has the best loyalty program in the UK?

One of my favourite loyalty programs is the kwiff Sports Club promotion. This has three different levels with players receiving a free football bet of different sizes for betting £25, £50 or £100.

This is a great way of including players who don’t like to wager as much, and it also rewards customers that place more frequent bets with the operator. kwiff is one of the most unique sportsbooks on the market, with its enhanced odds making it stand out from its competitors.

Which bookies offer loyalty programs?

All of the bookies I have listed here have some sort of loyalty club or bonus that is designed to reward players that bet regularly. These promotions tend to have different names, often tied in with the kind of promotions and bonuses that are handed out as a reward. For example, they may be called ‘Free Bet Club’ or something similar.

Do I have to pay to join a loyalty program?

No. In many casinos, bookies will automatically enrol you in their loyalty program, and everything you spend at the casino from your first deposit onwards will be countered.

However, this is not always the case, and I recommend that you check to see if you have been enrolled before you start betting. Bettors may be required to opt-in to the promotion through either their account page or the operator’s promotions page.

Tips for finding the best betting loyalty program

  • Find one with regular rewards – When you are looking for a good loyalty program, make sure you find one that has regular rewards. There is no point in signing up for a rewards program if you have to wait forever to get your hands on a betting offer like a free bet. Instead, look for ones that have weekly or, in some cases, daily payouts providing you meet the requirements.
  • The bigger the rewards, the better – This one should go without saying. When you are looking for a loyalty program to join, you will want to look for the one that has the biggest rewards. Some bookies may have limited or unclear prizes, while others will clearly display what you are going to get your hands on if you win.
  • Join a program that suits your habits – If you are the kind of person that enjoys placing accas at the weekend, then joining a program that gives you free spins to use in a casino is not going to be of much use to you. With so many loyalty programs and clubs to take advantage of, you will have no problem finding one that suits the way you like to bet.
  • Check the terms & conditions – You will also want to make sure that the general terms & conditions of a loyalty club suit the way you like to bet. For example, make sure that you check the expiry length of any bonuses that are rewarded – you don’t want to be forced to spend a free bet within 24 hours if you only typically place bets on matches once a week, for example. While wagering requirements are not common with loyalty programs, I also recommend checking these out to make sure they are not too high.
  • Don’t chase rewards – As always, I like to recommend that all of my readers gamble responsibly. While loyalty programs are often great ways of boosting your account, I don’t recommend betting blindly; just top up your loyalty points. Placing a bet you wouldn’t typically place or don’t have faith in, just to get yourself a free bet is not a smart move.

What other offers can loyal bettors get from bookies

  • Free bets – One of the most common rewards for a sports-betting program is free bets. For example, with the BetVictor Loyalty Club, players will be given a free bet if they place five bets worth £5 or more each week. They will then be given a mystery-free bet worth between £1 and £25.
  • Tournament entries – A lot of top online bookmarks run tournaments and other similar ongoing promotions. In some instances, access to these tournaments is only permitted to those in the loyalty clubs. It may also be the case that entry into prize draws or tournaments is staggered to benefit loyal bettors.
  • Extra spins (casino cross-selling) – Many of the bookmarks I have listed here also have fantastic casino offerings for players to enjoy. These operators will sometimes give you a taste of what the casinos have in store by offering bonus spins. These do as they as on the tin, providing players with extra spins to use on selected slots.
  • Cashback offers – Another common promotion for existing customers you will find at UK bookmakers is cashback offers. These will give players some of the money back that they have bet at the casino, often in the form of a free bet credited to their account.
  • Acca insurance – Acca insurance is an increasingly popular type of promotion among UK bookmakers. These provide players with some sort of free bet or money back if their accumulators let them down by one selection. In some cases, players who are part of a loyalty program may be provided with better insurance offers.
