Night 5 of the 2025 Premier League Darts season comes from Brighton. Luke Humphries won last week’s event, defeating Luke Littler 6-4 in the final.
Not to be outdone by his rival, Luke Littler came storming back to win the 2025 UK Open on Sunday, thrashing James Wade 11-2 in a one-sided final in Minehead.

Premier League darts odds for Week 5
Gerwyn Price squares up against Michael van Gerwen in the opening match. The winner is set to face Luke Littler in the semi-final, as long as ‘The Nuke’ can get past Chris Dobey.
If Price and Littler do win, they will set up a rematch of their Week 3 thriller in Dublin, but the best darts betting sites are favouring a win for MVG. The latest odds on the night’s quarter-final matches is below:
- Gerwyn Price 11/10 vs Michael van Gerwen 8/11
- Luke Littler 1/4 vs Chris Dobey 3/1
- Rob Cross 11/5 vs Luke Humphries 7/20
- Stephen Bunting 4/6 vs Nathan Aspinall 6/5

Premier League Darts predictions for Week 5
Luke Humphries beat Luke Littler 6-4 in last week’s final in Exeter. In doing so, Humphries became the first player in this year’s Premier League Darts to win a second night.
Competition on the points table is now hotting up. Luke Humphries is out on his own on 15 points, but behind there is now a battle with just five points separating Luke Littler (eight points) in second and Chris Dobey (three points) in seventh.
The two Lukes are on different sides of the draw this week. Littler is in the top half with Chris Dobey, Gerwyn Price and MVG. Humphries has been grouped with Rob Cross, Stephen Bunting and Nathan Aspinall.
BetMGM make Littler their 2/1 favourite to win in Brighton this Thursday. Humphries isn’t far behind on 2/1, with Stephen Bunting the surprise joint-third favourite at 9/1 with Gerwyn Price and MVG.

Premier League darts betting tips for Week 5
With the competition already in its fifth week. This week’s quarter-final draw is favourable to Stephen Bunting who will be looking to win his first match and points of the season when he faces Nathan Aspinall. Bunting features in our Week 5 Premier League Darts betting tips:
Over 9.5 legs – Price vs MVG
Five of Gerwyn Price’s seven Premier League matches have seen ten legs or more played. Only in his 6-3 wins over Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall in Dublin have his matches finished in under 9.5 legs this year.
MVG lost 6-5 to Rob Cross in his quarter-final match last week in Exeter. The world No.3 then lost 10-8 to the world No.57 Robert Owen in the early stages of the UK Open last weekend.
Van Gerwen is too unpredictable at the moment. A match against Price could be what he needs to get the adrenaline flowing again. But to play safe, we are backing the match to have ten or more legs in it.
Back Rob Cross to have more 180s than MVG at 21/10 with BetMGM
Luke Littler Over 4.5 180s vs Chris Dobey
Luke Littler threw ten 180s on his way to a 6-3 win over Stephen Bunting in Exeter last Thursday. ‘The Nuke’ averaged 112.34 against the luckless Bunting.
Littler made it to the final, where he somehow lost 6-4 to Luke Humphries, despite looking the best player on the night. The world No.2 made up for his loss in the final by winning the UK Open on Sunday..
Chris Dobey made it to the final on the opening night of the Premier League season. He hasn’t made it past the quarter-final stage on any of the following three nights.
‘The Nuke’ should get the job done with plenty to spare against Dobey, but there is little to be gained by backing Littler to win at odds of 1/4, and he is only 2/5 to win from a -1.5 leg start.
So instead we are looking at the total 180s, where Littler is 10/11 to have over 4.5 maximums.
Back Luke Littler to have over 4.5 180s against Chris Dobey at 10/11 with BetMGM
Luke Humphries (-1.5 legs) to beat Rob Cross
Rob Cross has been at his inconsistent best in recent weeks.
In his UK Open Round of 16 match against Northern Ireland’s Josh Rock, Cross was coasting to victory at 4-0, and somehow managed to lose 10-6.
In last week’s Premier League, Cross beat MVG 6-5 in the quarter-final and lost 6-5 to Humphries in the semi-final. It’s hard to explain how ‘Voltage’ can go from those performances to losing 10 out of 12 legs to Rock.
Luke Humphries looked on course to go all the way in the UK Open.
The world No.1 recorded a 10-0 win over Ryan Searle in the Round of 32 and a 10-2 win over Ryan Joyce in the Round of 16. Humphries then somehow lost to the veteran James Wade in his quarter-final.
We expect to see Humphries bounce back with a win and defeat Cross by at least two legs.
Luke Humphries to beat Rob Cross from -1.5 legs on the handicap at 4/7 with BetMGM
Stephen Bunting (-1.5 legs) to beat Nathan Aspinall
Stephen Bunting averaged 100.49 in his 6-4 defeat to Luke Humphries on night three in Dublin. He then averaged 104.89 in Exeter against Luke Littler, throwing six 180s and hitting 60 percent of his doubles, but could only manage to win three legs.
‘The Bullet’ hasn’t had much luck in the Premier League this season, but this week the draw is favouring him.
Bunting lost 10-6 to Chris Dobey at the UK Open last weekend, but despite this, we expect the Liverpudlian to get his first Premier League win and points of the season against Nathan Aspinall.
‘The Asp’ backed up his run to the final in Dublin by beating Chris Dobey 6-5 in Exeter. He was then blown away by Luke Littler in the semi-final.
Aspinall’s form has been inconsistent, and we say Bunting beats him by two legs or more.
