The operator provides a good range of streams across most sports, with eSports streams being among their most popular. The operator is certainly getting ahead of the competition in this sector, offering a good range of markets to accompany the live streams.

They can also be accessed over the phone and through e-mail, with the e-mail team responding in less than 24 hours to my enquiry.

How long does it take for BetVictor UK to reply?

In my experience, the BetVictor team was quick to respond to any issues that I had. The live-chat team is available 24/7 and answered my questions efficiently. As with most sites, you will have to fill out an initial form to speak to someone but this only takes a minute. 

The operator also likes to promote contacting them on social media. I tried this option but I found that the company was much slower to respond there. I wouldn’t recommend going down this route if you are looking for a speedy solution. 

How can I get free bets on BetVictor?

BetVictor updates its promotions for existing customers regularly, and many of these bonuses will offer free bets in one capacity or another. How do I cancel my BetVictor account? 

BetVictor doesn’t make it super easy to cancel your account. Unlike some competitors, there is not a ‘cancel account’ option on your account page. Instead, you will need to reach out to the customer support team to close your account. The process is fairly straightforward and the team is not intrusive when you take the step, however, it would be much easier to be able to do it manually.
