Bournemouth head into the weekend in a rich vein of form having got back to winning ways last weekend with a 3-1 victory over Southampton last weekend which leaves them with just one defeat in their last 15 matches in all competitions.
Andoni Iraola’s side have now won four of their last five matches heading into Saturday’s clash against a relegation threatened Wolves side, and sit just a solitary point outside the top four as the club chases their first ever appearance in European competition.
The Cherries have won six of their last eight and four of their last five in all competitions and are strong favourites to extend that winning run on Saturday, which could see them break into the top four with the current fourth placed side Manchester City taking on the league leaders Liverpool this weekend.
Wolves make the trip to the south coast this weekend in the midst of a tough run of form, losing five of their last six Premier League matches which leaves them just two places above the relegation zone.
Vitor Pereira only took over the West Midlands side in December following the sacking of Gary O’Neil, and is winless in four of this last five away league games, leaving only Southampton to have lost more matches on the road than Wolves all season.
Bournemouth head into Saturday’s fixture as firm favourites for victory with their current winning run and long unbeaten record while their visitors have struggled hugely for results in recent weeks, leading me to believe a 3-1 home win seems more than a possibility on the weekend.
