Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn finally face-off this weekend at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, for a fight decades in the making.

Benn is unbeaten after 23 fights. His last came against Peter Dobson just over a year ago in February 2024.
His longer absences in boxing over the last few years have been down to his ban by the National Anti-Doping Panel which saw his fight with Eubank Jr previously scheduled for October 2022 cancelled.
Benn voluntarily gave up his licence to box after he tested positive but then came back in September 2023 after 525 days away and beat Rodolfo Orozco by unanimous decision.
And then he went on to defeat Peter Dobson in February 2024 his last fight, which also ended by unanimous decision.
Once his provisional suspension was lifted back in November, it opened up the possibilities for talks of a rescheduled fight with Eubank could continue.
The tensions have continued to be present between these two fighters even resulting in Eubank Jr slapping Benn with an egg in the first press conference.
Of course this fight transcends just the two fighters as both their respective fathers fought in the ring years ago, also for middleweight titles.
Chris Eubank Sr beat Nigel Benn within nine rounds to claim the WBO world middleweight title 35 years ago.
