Dale Coyne Racing has hired Jacob Abel as a full-time driver for the 2025 season, team officials announced Monday. The 23-year-old Abel has spent the past three seasons running on the Indy NXT circuit — IndyCar’s highest developmental series. “I’ve had a great relationship with Dale for the last couple of years, and I’m very thankful for the confidence he has in me,” Abel said in a statement.
