Mykhailo Mudryk has a four-word message written on one shin pad – and cats on the other.
Eagle-eyed Chelsea fans spotted the detailing on his pads during Wednesday night’s Carabao Cup exit.

The Blues were beaten 2-0 by Newcastle in the fourth round at St. James’ Park.
Mudryk started for Enzo Maresca’s side and played the full 90 minutes as last year’s finalists bowed out.
Supporters also noticed a four-word message on the 23-year-old’s shin pads after a picture shared on Chelsea’s social media pages.
His guard reads: “Can’t, Can’t, Can, Can” as well as having a photo of a cat on the other pad.
The word ‘can’t’ is gradually etched out in favour of the word ‘can’.
Reacting on social media, one fan wrote: “The unintentionally funniest man of all time.”
Another added: “Always thought Misha was a cat person.”
Meanwhile, a third supporter also commented: “I love Mudryk.”
As well as starting in midweek, Mudryk had previously made a cameo off the bench against Newcastle on Sunday.
He played the final 23 minutes in Chelsea’s 2-1 home win over the same opponents in the Premier League.
It came after he scored and provided two assists against Panathinaikos in last week’s Conference League victory in Greece.
Mudryk is looking to force his way back into the starting line-up in the league.
His only league start under Maresca came in August against Wolves, with the Ukrainian withdrawn at half-time.
He has since played just 59 minutes in the Premier League across four substitute appearances.
However, Mudryk has managed a goal and five assists in his 11 matches across all competitions this term.
