The Three Lions will face each team both home and away, with the fixtures commencing in the March international break.
New head coach Thomas Tuchel begins his role on January 1 and is tasked with guiding England to an eighth consecutive tournament.
He will succeed Gareth Southgate, who reached the World Cup semi-finals and quarter-finals with England in 2018 and 2022 respectively.
Wales are in Group J with Belgium, North Macedonia, Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein.
Scotland have been drawn in Group C with the loser of Portugal vs Denmark, Greece and Belarus.
The Republic of Ireland in Group F will play against the winner of Portugal vs Denmark, Hungary and Armenia.
Northern Ireland will face the winner of Germany vs Italy, Slovakia and Luxembourg in Group A.

Groups G to L on the other hand have five teams, so their matches begin at the earlier time of March 21 until the same end date.
The country that finishes top in each group qualifies for the World Cup, with those finishing second advancing to the play-offs where four winning teams will also qualify.
UEFA have 16 direct qualification spots, the most out of all the six competing confederations.
The 2026 World Cup kicks off on June 11 and runs until July 16, with the matches being played across 16 venues in as many host cities.
It will be the first ever tournament to have 48 competing nations as opposed to the previous 32.
There will be 12 groups of four teams during the competition, with the top two advancing straight through to the round of 32.
Joining them will be the eight best third-placed teams.
A total of 104 matches will be played throughout the summer, which is an increase from 64 in past tournaments.
