The 34-year-old striker went on trial last month in Nice for the assault that took place on September 6.
The victim claimed that Ben Yedder had groped her and performed a sex act in front of her whilst in his car.
Ben Yedder was also accused of refusing to obey orders to stop his vehicle by Monaco police, in a car chase on the same evening.
The 19-cap France international has been fined €5,000 (£4,100) and suspended from driving for six months.
He has also been ordered to pay €6,500 (£5,400) to the victim of the assault, broken down into €5,000 in moral damages and €1,500 in legal costs.
It’s not the first time Ben Yedder has found himself in hot water in relation to his conduct.
He remains under investigation after being accused of raping a woman in 2023, something he vehemently denies.
The striker is set to return to court next month following accusations of psychological abuse from his ex-wife.
Ben Yedder was handed a fine and suspended prison sentence last year for tax offences.
The Frenchman began his career at Ligue 1 club Toulouse before sealing a switch to Sevilla in 2016, where he netted 70 goals in 138 appearances.

That earned him a switch back to France with Monaco in 2019 and continued his emphatic scoring ability with 118 goals in 201 games for the Principality side to become the club’s second-all time top goalscorer.
Ben Yedder was released in the summer after five years at Monaco and is currently a free agent.
