Lutalo played a crucial role as SC Villa clinched the 2023/24 League title before moving to Kitara FC at the start of this season.
However, his stay at the Hoima-based outfit has been challenging, failing to command playing time and a slot in the starting team.
At KCCA FC, Lutalo comes in to reinforce the creative department that has been short in numbers.
He joins players like Bright Anukani, Arafat Usama, Etienne Katenga and Saidi Mayanja among others.
It should be noted that Lutalo is a versatile player who can be deployed as a number ten, play on either flank or as a left back.
KCCA FC will start the second round away to NEC FC on 13th February 2025.
The Kasasiro Boys currently sit fourth on the table with 24 points.
