As Cheltenham Festival rounded off last Friday the attention turns right onto the Grand National, the biggest race in the jumps calendar.

This year’s renewal looks wide open as usual but with one key difference, a short price favourite at the head of the field having gone on to score the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
It showed the Gavin Cromwell-trained horse has really stepped up a gear having been beaten by Galopin Des Champs in two previous contests.
