Harry Kane has set a new Bundesliga record of being the quickest player to reach 50 goal involvements following his hat-trick in the 6-1 win against Holstein Kiel.
Incredibly, the Bayern Munich striker has achieved the feat in eight games fewer than what previous record holder Erling Haaland managed during his spell at Borussia Dortmund.

Kane has taken to Germany like a duck to water since joining from Bayern Munich from Tottenham for an initial £86.4million last year.
He ended last season with 36 German top-flight goals from 32 games – earning him the European Golden Shoe.
The England international also chipped in with eight assists, though his contributions weren’t enough to guide Bayern to a 12th-straight league title as Bayer Leverkusen romped to an unbeaten title.
Although Kane’s wait for a trophy rumbled on, he still holds several records at club and international level, with his greatest two being England and Tottenham’s record goalscorers.
Already a Bundesliga record holder after scoring the most goals in a debut season, he has set a new one just three games into the new campaign.
Kane’s dazzling first half display away at Holstein Kiel on Saturday took him to 50 goal contributions – doing so in 35 matches.
He grabbed the assist for Jamal Musiala’s first-minute opener at the newly-promoted side, where his headed pass found the 21-year-old’s run, with the Germany international duly dispatching home.
Just six minutes later, Kane doubled the visitors’ lead with a clinical first-time strike after capitalising on a loose pass from the hosts.
And Kane brought up the record before half-time in the 43rd minute after doubling his tally for the match.
His half-century – comprised of 39 goals and 11 assists – is quicker than what Manchester City marksman Haaland managed in 42 outings.

Haaland enjoyed two-and-a-half seasons with Borussia Dortmund where he hammered home a stunning 86 goals in 89 games across all competitions.
In another incredible Kane stat, he has now scored against each of the 18 Bundesliga opponents he has faced.
Kane then grabbed his hat-trick in injury time after firing home from the penalty spot to cap a remarkable performance.
It’s not just for Bayern where Kane has impressed this season, having scored twice for England in the recent Nations League win against Finland on what was his 100th cap.
In other positive news for Bayern, Michael Olise opened his account in the Bundesliga – less than 20 minutes after coming off the bench.
The ex-Crystal Palace forward volleyed home from first time after responding to a parried save by Timon Weiner.
Bayern’s win leaves them top of the table – the first time they have been in first place since matchweek five from last season.
