Ryan Garcia has posted new training footage as he prepares for his boxing return in May.
Garcia has been serving a one year suspension from the sport after failing a drugs test in the wake of his later overturned points win over Devin Haney.

The American was due to return in an exhibition to keep fit in Japan against Rukiya Anpo, but he eventually withdrew.
But he has since signed a lucrative deal with Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh, and is set to return in May 2025.
It is expected he will face Rolando Romero in a comeback fight in May, fighting on the same bill as rival Haney.
The pair, if they both take a victory, are then planned to meet in a huge grudge rematch in October.
He has now returned to the gym, and has posted footage of a reflex training drill after linking up with former coach Eddy Reynoso.
Garcia split with Canelo Alvarez‘s current trainer Reynoso in 2022, but has since returned to the gym of the Mexican in a shock reunion.
He once again showed off his fast hands, but fans have spotted he is carrying a large current physique.

But one suggested: “Ryan looks focused. He looks disciplined too.”
A final fan concluded: “Hope Reynoso can shape him the right way.
“If so, it’s over for Rolly lol.”
Garcia has a big opportunity to try and push for a world title, if he is able to replicate his best form.
There could be some huge fights on the horizon if he is able to have a big 2025, including another lucrative rematch with Davis.

‘King Ry’ will return at welterweight in his comeback clash with Romero.
And should he win the clash, he could land the WBA regular title, giving him a road into the 147lbs top table.
The full ‘Super’ title is held by Eimantas Stanionis, who will next face US rising star Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis.
Should Garcia and Ennis both win, it could set up a huge future clash, after the American faces Haney later in 2025.
