The Philadelphia Eagles celebrated a second Super Bowl triumph in style.

Over a million people lined the streets with huge crowds out from the early hours of the morning and partying late into the night.

Roseman took the hit like a champ

Fans lobbed beer cans onto the buses as they snaked their way through the packed streets – and the inevitable happened.

General manager Howie Roseman took to the iconic steps at the city’s Museum of Art with an odd ring-shaped cut right on his forehead.

It was not Harry Potter cosplay gone wrong, he had taken one for the team during Friday’s parade.

NBC Sports Philadelphia got the scoop as chaos unfolded on the fan-lined streets.

Reporter John Clark was speaking to linebacker Josh Sweat when Roseman passed by with a cut.

“Howie what happened?” Clark asked.

“Beer can,” replied Roseman as the journalist confirmed the GM was bleeding.

Sweat joked that he laughed ‘a little bit when it happened’ and claimed ‘I know that he’s mad at me.’

“They throwing food, cans and bottles, that’s part of it,” he added before quickly making sure viewers knew it wasn’t him that injured Roseman.

The GM later took to the podium on the steps the Rocky movies made famous and shouted ‘I bleed for this city. Go Eagles‘ into the microphone.

Cooper DeJean was the man of the moment in Sunday’s victory — taking a Patrick Mahomes pick to the house on his 22nd birthday.

The rising star also suffered an injury on Friday, thanks to his outfit.

“I got a little battle scar,” he told FOX 29 as he held up a Bud Light chain he was wearing. “I hit myself with this big ass beer can.”

Thankfully he didn’t let it ruin what he described as the ‘best day of my life.’

“This team is special,” coach Nick Sirianni said. “We can’t be great without the greatness of others, and that certainly applies to our fans.”

“You know, I told myself that when I got drafted that I wouldn’t come to the ‘Rocky’ steps until I won a championship,” added quarterback Jalen Hurts. “And now we’re here.”

Mayor Cherelle Parker urged fans not to let incidents spoil the city’s big day.

“In the midst of all this beauty, all of the sacrifices this team has made to meet this moment, we don’t want it to all go by the wayside,” she said.

Minus the occasional poorly thrown beer can, her wishes were respected.

Two women were shot in the legs during an argument with another person near the parade, but it was described as being “outside the parade footprint” by police.

The parade had passed by the location on the Ben Franklin Parkway around and hour beforehand, according to ABC 30 Action News.

No arrests have been made.
