Aaron Rodgers is searching for a new NFL team to join before he retires.
The Las Vegas Raiders are looking for a new starting quarterback while Tom Brady continues to influence front office moves.

For one of the best defenders in football, the connection is too easy to miss.
“I know he’s 42 or 41, but I think he’s going to have a big year this year, and I hope it’s in our town,” Maxx Crosby said on his TheRushWithMaxx podcast, referring to Rodgers.
One of the best QBs in history joining the Raiders is one thing.
But Rodgers would also be playing for Brady, who’s a minority owner for Las Vegas and has been heavily involved in offseason decisions.
Brady and the Raiders struck out on Ben Johnson as their new head coach, which was followed by the failed pursuit of Matthew Stafford as Las Vegas’ new prized QB.
The efforts to pry Stafford away from Los Angeles were so intense that, in the aftermath, two media members nearly brawled inside an Indianapolis Starbucks during last week’s NFL combine.
While Sam Darnold could be an option for the Raiders in 2025 under new head coach Pete Carroll, Rodgers would give Las Vegas a future Hall of Famer and four-time NFL MVP.
Crosby made it clear that he’s still a big Rodgers fan, and believes the former Green Bay and New York Jets QB is due for a huge bounceback this season.
“First year after an Achilles is one of the hardest things to do,” Crosby said.
“I think with all the doubt, all the negativity around Aaron Rodgers, ‘Oh, he needs to retire,’ things like that … I think he’s going to come back.”

The 41-year-old Rodgers went 5-12 with the Jets last season.
New York fired Robert Saleh as head coach midway through a disappointing year that eventually led to Rodgers being informed of his release.
But Crosby, a four-time Pro Bowler, used his podcast to back Rodgers in Vegas.
“I think this year, fully healthy, full offseason, my prediction is he’s going to have a great year,” Crosby said.
Fans were split on the idea of Rodgers in silver-and-black, pointing out that he’s coming off a bad year with the Jets.
They also highlighted the fact that Crosby was also outspoken in support of Antonio Pierce, who went 4-13 with the Raiders last season and lost his job.
The real question might be what does Brady think of Rodgers at 41?
If the seven-time Super Bowl champ believes that Rodgers is the Raiders’ best starting option in 2025, it could already be a done deal in Vegas.
There’s also a shot that Rodgers could link up with Davante Adams again, and the former Packers receiver could find his way back to Las Vegas with Crosby.
