Maxx Crosby only has one goal this week – beating the Kansas City Chiefs.

The reigning Super Bowl champions have not lost since going down 20-14 to the Las Vegas Raiders in December 2023.

Crosby has Patrick Mahomes in his sights

After defeat to their AFC West rivals last season, the Chiefs won every game on their way to a Super Bowl repeat and have gone 6-0 to start the season, but Patrick Mahomes has shown signs of vulnerability.

And with a big performance from their superstar pass-rusher, the 2-5 Raiders could easily spring an upset at Allegiant Stadium.

“We got the Chiefs this week at home, it’s gonna be an electric environment. You already know what time it is so I cannot wait,” Crosby said on the latest episode of The Rush with Maxx Crosby.

“We got two more games until the bye. We got the Chiefs and we got the Bengals.

“Going to the bye four and five sounds a lot better than anything else.

“People are gonna have their their thoughts and say whatever but we got to take it one day at a time, one game at a time.

“All our focus is on the Chiefs and finding ways to limit the mistakes and play better complementary football. And I believe we can beat anybody.”

Crosby’s close friend Davante Adams has been traded to the New York Jets.

Rumors have intensified about Crosby heading for the exit – especially since the Super Bowl contender Detroit Lions lost Aidan Hutchinson to injury.

Crosby revealed the hype has got so big that it’s blowing up his phone.

Hutchinson’s KO is a massive blow to the Lions

“I can’t even open my phone,” he said. “Every two seconds. It’s Lions fans, Falcons fans, Bears fans. Me in an edit in a different jersey.”

“There’s a bunch of noise,” Crosby added. “I even have family members. I have close friends everybody, every DM blowing my s*** up.

“It’s like turned into a revolution and I’m just here in Vegas doing what I do and dominating and getting after and trying to win some football games. It’s all I can do.”

Crosby is adamant, as he always has been, that he is a Raider – he even has the tattoo to prove it.

And he warned the Chiefs that all the talk about his future is fuelling him to work even harder.

“I Love it. You know me. I live for that s***. The more fire, the more you’re gonna get from me, period,” he said.

“I live in the fire. I live for chaos, I thrive in chaos. I’ve been that way my whole life.

“I’ve been through a lot of s***. I’m a resilient motherf*****.”

There’s a reason Lions fans are desperate to have Crosby on their roster.

Mahomes will have to be on his game to make sure that isn’t made abundantly clear against the Chiefs’ AFC West rivals on Sunday.
