Uganda U-19 41/1
Uganda won by 9 wickets
Lorna Anyait was the heroine for the Baby Victoria Pearls as her best bowling figures of 7/6 in 4 overs inspired the team to their second victory at the U-19 World Cup Qualifiers in Kigali Rwanda.
Kenya won the toss and elected to bat but they failed to back that decision with a good display with the bat. The opening bowling combination of Irene Mutonyi and Immaculate Nandera applied the pressure with tidy lines and length, and the rewards of the squeeze were claimed by Lorna Anyait who claimed career-best figures of 7/6 in her four overs.
Kenya was bundled out for only 37 inside 14 overs.

It was a comprehensive win for Uganda which also gets them close to the semifinals of the tournament.

Rwanda defeated Namibia in their second game as well to remain unbeaten and set up a clash of the unbeaten sides in the final game of the group. The game will be played on Wednesday morning at IPRC.
The top two sides in each group will qualify for the semifinals and the winner of the tournament will represent Africa at the World Cup.
