Tom Holland happily settled for third best as he was told where he ranks among best Spider-men.

The Hollywood super hero was talking to Tommy Fleetwood and his young son, Frankie, at the Celebrity Pro-Am in Surrey when he was told of his place in the pecking order in what was a very wholesome meeting.

Fleetwood Jr, 7, was wearing a Spider-man costume when he lived every fan’s dream by speaking to Holland – a keen golfer – at Wentworth ahead of the start of the BMW Championship.

Before action began on the fairways, a number of A-listers were involved in the Pro-Am, including tennis legend Andy Murray, boxer Tony Bellew and former Tottenham and Real Madrid player Gareth Bale, who was playing off scratch.

And after playing, Holland made sure he had time for his young fan as footage caught them talking about Spider-Man’s villains.

Holland reeled them off. “There’s Dr. Octopus, there’s the Green Goblin, Sandman, Lizard. There’s loads to choose from.”

Fleetwood jumped in, to add: “Then there’s three Spider-Men, isn’t there? From different universes.

“He’s kind of our third favourite!” he joked with a smile on his face, gesturing to Holland.

Fleetwood’s son then looked over at the Spider-Man actor.

“Well, I’ll take that!” Holland laughed.

The footage also shows all three posing for a photo together, pulling the iconic Spider-Man hand gesture.

Referencing his costume in the video, Holland says to Frankie: “Well look at that! Your dad’s been telling me you’ve been really getting into your golf.

“How’s your golf going? I saw you swing a club at The Masters.”

Smiling, Frankie replies: “Did you?”

“Yeah!” the actor said. “People dream of hitting a ball at The Masters, that’s pretty cool you’ve done that.”

While Frankie has been trying his hand at golf, his dad has had a successful summer, winning silver in the Paris 2024 Olympics.

He then teamed up with Holland, and his two brothers, to win the Celebrity Pro-Am.

Holland has a 2.9 handicap and, alongside with twin siblings Harry and Sam and Fleetwood, the quartet combined for a winning score of 31 under par.

Fleetwood will tee off in the tournament on Thursday.
