Conor McGregor has put his money where his mouth is ahead of Francis Ngannou vs Renan Ferreira.
The Cameroonian powerhouse is just hours away from making his long-awaited return to MMA against Ferreira at PFL Super Fights: Battle of the Giants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Ngannou hasn’t stepped foot inside the cage since successfully defending the UFC heavyweight strap against Ciryl Gane in January 2022.
Since then, Ngannou has split with the UFC, signed to PFL and taken part in a pair of massive boxing bouts with Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
But he is now set to return to action in the sport that kicked off his crazy combat sports journey against 2023 PFL heavyweight tournament winner and ‘PFL vs Bellator Champion of Champions’ super belt holder, Ferreira.
The 6ft 8in Brazilian is known for his knockout power and flatlined two-weight Bellator champion Ryan Bader last time out to set up the fight with Ngannou.
McGregor is banking on Ferreira’s concussive force coming in handy as he has lumped $500k on the South American giant.
“Tonight’s bet for me. 500k on Ferriera to win by KO at 12/5. $1.7m return,” he captioned a voice note posted on X/=.
McGregor went on to brag about his recent run of form in sports betting during his voice note.
“Okay, folks, ‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor here,” he said.
“Fight night, fight night, fight night. The Mac is back with his winning bets. I have a 100% winning ratio on these bets.
“Ngannou is losing by KO tonight. 12/5 the Brazilian is to knock him out and I’m putting half a million on it and I’m going to win back $1.7million.

“That’s it. It’s a ruthless business and I’m a ruthless man.”
McGregor then proved he was telling the truth by uploading a screenshot of his betting slip, which will return him $1,675,000 if Ferreira finishes the fight inside the distance.
Ngannou opens up as a -430 favourite with the bookies but when you possess ungodly power like Ferreira does you always have a puncher’s chance.
He has also been far more active than Ngannou, with six fights during the time ‘The Predator’ has been away from the sport.
