Finding a casino that you want to play forever feels like an impossible task. The market is crowded, offers sound the same, and too many casinos have the same kitschy Las Vegas aesthetic. Immortal Wins gives players something new, with enough games to keep them entertained for eternity!

Immortal Wins bonuses

The Immortal Wins welcome bonus is a loot chest with a prize inside. The prizes include things like Amazon Vouchers or 500 free spins on the hot slot Immortal Romance. To qualify for the bonus, players have to create an account and make a deposit of at least $5. The wagering requirement on any free spins is 65x.

There is also a Cash Drop promotion. Every time a player makes a deposit of $10 or more, they win a game of Cash Drop for the next day. Cash Drop prizes are awarded as real funds so there is no wagering requirement.

It would be nice to see a wider variety of bonuses on Immortal Wins. Cashback and reload bonuses are becoming more common and would be a nice addition to the site.

Immortal Wins loyalty program

Immortal Wins has a unique loyalty program. Instead of leveling up by making deposits or how much you wager, players reach new loyalty levels by completing tasks to collect trophies. The more trophies a player has, the higher the loyalty level they are.

Every 5 trophies collected bumps a player up a level. At each new level, players earn free spins on the Mega Reel. The prizes from the Mega Reel have the same 65x wagering requirement as other bonuses.

Below are the levels and the number of Mega Reel spins:

  • Level 1-5: 5 spins
  • Level 6-10: 10 spins
  • Level 11-15: 15 spins
  • Level 16+: 20+ spins

Mobile play at Immortal Wins

Players can enjoy Immortal Wins on desktop or mobile. The site has been fully optimised for all major browsers, making it easy to play across multiple devices. Most of the Immortal Wins games library is available on mobile, though there are some games missing. There are still over 1,000 slots to play and they are steadily working to increase the number of games available on mobile.

Immortal Wins doesn’t currently have an app. As restrictions have tightened on the App Store and Google Play, fewer online casinos are launching their own apps. This isn’t a big issue since many people are developing app fatigue.

What games can you expect at Immortal Wins?

Players can expect all of the classic casino games at Immortal Wins. Slots make up the majority of the game library. There are just over 3,000 slots on the site. Their table games include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and sic bo. There are over 70 table games, many of which are live dealer games.

Alongside the classics, Immortal Wins also features 9 bingo games, 49 scratch card games, 2 dice games, and several game show inspired live dealer games. Immortal Wins works with top software providers. Their games come from IronDog, Pragmatic Play, Eyecon, Reel Time Gaming, Inspired Gaming, Playtech, Playson, Wild Streak Gaming, PearFiction, and Snowborn Games.

The games library could be more balanced. Hopefully in the next few years they will offer more table games and live dealer games in order to remain competitive.

3 Highest RTP slots at Immortal Wins

The hot slots on Immortal Wins change frequently since they have so many high RTP slots for players to choose from. Three of the leading slots are Big Bass Splash (96.71% RTP), Leprechaun’s Luck Cash Collect (95.38% RTP), and Blue Wizard (96.5% RTP). They are all classic-style slots with special bonus rounds.

Big Bass Splash is one of the latest additions to the Big Bass franchise. It has a backwoods fishing theme and Fisherman Wild symbols that are collected for free spins and to launch the multiplier.

Leprechaun’s Luck Cash Collect is an updated version of a classic slot that makes the new cash collect feature the star. The cash collect symbol can only appear on reel 5 and when it does it captures all coin symbols and diamond jackpots.

Blue Wizard is a mystical slot with fantasy-themed symbols, including spell books, cauldrons, and owls. The special features of this slot are triggered by the crystal ball symbol. Land enough crystal balls to trigger the multiplier or to launch the Fire Blaze Respins bonus.

Special features

Immortal Wins is a classic online casino that is focused on providing players with the best games on an easy-to-use site. They keep things simple. This does mean that they don’t offer many special features.

The major unique feature of the site is their trophies. Players collect trophies by achieving tasks, like depositing a certain amount, play streaks, number of wagers, etc. The more trophies a player has, the higher their loyalty level.

There are not currently any active tournaments on Immortal Wins. It is something players should keep an eye on as many online casinos offer seasonal or monthly tournaments. If Immortal Wins decides to add tournaments, it would be a fun boost for players and help to develop the casino community.

Payment methods at Immortal Wins

There are only 4 payment options at Immortal Wins. This is surprisingly limited, however they are all reliable and secure methods. The minimum deposit amount is $5 and deposits are processed immediately. All withdrawals have a $2.75 fee. The average processing time for withdrawals is 1-5 days. It is typically faster after the first withdrawal. Players can have up to 3 cards saved to their account.

Payment method Minimum withdrawal Processing Time
Visa $10 1-5 days
Mastercard $10 1-5 days
Maestro $10 1-5 days
Interac $10 1-5 days

Immortal Wins customer support

Immortal Wins has an efficient and responsive customer support team. They aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Email is the best way to reach the team for serious questions. There is also a live chat feature. This is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Outside of these hours, the live chat icon directs players to a contact form.

Not having a live chat service on the weekends when many players are active is an unfortunate choice. If Immortal Wins extends their live chat hours to 24/7 that would be ideal.

Is Immortal Wins safe?

Yes, Immortal Wins is safe. The site is operated by Jumpman Games, a reputable iGaming brand. The site is encrypted to protect players’ financial and personal information. Immortal Wins is fully licensed and regulated. They hold licenses from the UK Gaming Commission and the Alderney Gaming Control Commission.

Is Immortal Wins committed to responsible gambling?

Immortal Wins has begun to offer responsible gambling tools. They still have some work to do to show that they’re truly committed to responsible gaming and protecting players. Currently, Immortal Wins has a deposit limit tool and self-exclusion. The self assessment questionnaire is a helpful starting point for players who are unsure about how gambling is impacting their life.

  • Deposit limit tool: Yes
  • Wager limit tool: No
  • Loss limit tool: No
  • Time/session limit tool: No
  • Self exclusion tool: Yes
  • Cool off/time-out tool: Yes
  • Reality check tool: No
  • Self assessment test: Yes
  • Withdrawal lock: No

Immortal Wins compared to others

When we compare Immortal Wins with two of their competitors, Jackpot City and Spin Casino, we see where it fits in the industry. One of Immortal Wins biggest weaknesses is how few payment methods they offer. Jackpot City and Spin Casino both offer 9 payment methods. These casinos also have much lower wagering requirements, 35x compared to Immortal Wins 65x.

On the other hand, Immortal Wins works with more software providers to give their players a greater variety of games. Immortal Wins also has the lowest minimum deposit. Jackpot City and Spin Casino both have a minimum deposit of $10, but Immortal Wins only requires a $5 deposit.

My final verdict

Immortal Wins is a good mid-sized casino. It is a perfect choice for players who are just starting out and for players who don’t like having to deal with gigantic libraries. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but what it does have is a user-friendly site and plenty of games to keep players entertained.

Why do I like Immortal Wins?

I like Immortal Wins because they have everything I need to be happy while playing. Lots of good games from great software providers, a responsive customer support team, and secure payment methods that are processed quickly.

I also like that the site has a unique aesthetic. Most online casinos either try to look too much like Las Vegas, are cartoonish, or bland. Immortal Wins has a gothic vibe that I haven’t seen anywhere else. It makes playing there feel a bit more special.

What Immortal Wins could do better?

One of Immortal Wins weaknesses is that they don’t accept many payment methods. Expanding their deposit and withdrawal methods would be a major improvement. It would make the site more usable. It would also be an improvement if Immortal Wins extended their live chat hours. People don’t only play casino games during the workday, they should be able to receive help whenever they play.

Immortal Wins could also add more filters to their games library. Currently, there is no way to limit the table games section. It would make it easier for players if Immortal Wins provided sections for each of the most popular games.
