Jack Catterall picked himself up off the floor to deck Regis Prograis twice en route to a unanimous decision win on Saturday night in Manchester.
After four very dull rounds, the fight sparked into life in the fifth when Catterall was sent tumbling to the canvas by a stiff left hand to the chest.

Catterall was throwing his own punch at the time and was caught off-balance by the shot.
He quickly dusted himself off and responded extremely well as a frantic pace ensued.
In round nine, Catterall dropped Prograis with a crisp 1-2 before flooring him again at the end of the round with another left straight.
The American survived to see out the round but was outhustled down the home straight.
In the end, all three judges scored it for Catterall by margins of 117-108, 116-109,116-109.
